Hibajee Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

01 Introduction

Welcome to Hibajee. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Hibajee ("we", "us", "the platform") governing your access to and use of the Hibajee website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services.

By creating an account on Hibajee, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Hibajee platform.

Hibajee operates as an online gaming and entertainment platform. Our services are intended for adult players in Bangladesh who are using the platform for recreational purposes. Hibajee is not a financial institution and gaming on our platform should never be treated as a source of income or a way to resolve financial difficulties.

02 Eligibility

To register and use Hibajee, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Hibajee employee.

Hibajee reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory proof of age, your account will be suspended and any pending withdrawals will be held until verification is complete. Winnings generated by underage players will be forfeited.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on Hibajee. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

When registering on Hibajee, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify Hibajee immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Update your account information promptly if any details change.

Hibajee is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Hibajee account.

04 Deposits and Payments

Hibajee supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposit methods are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though Hibajee reserves the right to apply limits on a per-account basis where necessary.

Deposits on Hibajee are subject to the following conditions:

• All funds deposited must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposits are credited to your Hibajee account instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• Hibajee does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to your gaming balance.

05 Withdrawals

Hibajee processes withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Withdrawals are typically completed within five minutes of approval. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name — the same name used on your Hibajee account.

• Withdrawals of real-money balances (not bonus funds) are processed without unnecessary delay.
• Hibajee may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal. This is standard procedure and applies to all players.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed if your account has an active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements.
• Hibajee reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000.
• In cases of suspected fraud or terms violation, Hibajee may freeze withdrawal processing pending investigation.

If your withdrawal has not arrived within 24 hours of approval, please contact Hibajee support with your transaction ID. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

Hibajee offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. The general rules below apply to all Hibajee promotions unless otherwise stated.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The standard wagering requirement on Hibajee is 20x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Only one bonus may be active on your Hibajee account at a time.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are completed.

• Game results displayed on your screen are final once confirmed by the Hibajee server.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be resolved automatically by the server. The result will be recorded and any winnings credited accordingly.
• Hibajee is not responsible for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• If a game malfunctions or produces an error, all bets placed during the affected period will be voided and stakes returned.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Hibajee and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with Hibajee games or systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes. Any winnings generated through exploitation will be voided.
• Attempting to launder money or use Hibajee for any illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Sharing account access with another person or allowing a third party to play on your behalf.
• Using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions or account-level restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward Hibajee staff or other players.

09 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Hibajee account.

• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player.
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Players may also close their own Hibajee account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification checks. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the Hibajee platform — including but not limited to the logo, game graphics, interface design, text, and software — is the intellectual property of Hibajee or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Hibajee content without prior written permission.

The Hibajee name and logo are trademarks of the platform. Unauthorised use of Hibajee branding in any context is prohibited and may result in legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hibajee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

Hibajee's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Hibajee does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. Hibajee will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and notify players in advance where possible.
